ABSTRAK :
Application data security on this video using encryption and decryption techniques. Encryption is a technique used to make the video blurry or fuzzy, so that other people cannot understand the contents of the video. While decryption is the reverse of encryption is to restore the video that has been encrypted into the original video. Encryption and decryption using the method of random pixels. Encryption basically is an encryption of video frame by frame and pixel by pixel. The symmetrical encryption means for encryption and decryption means equal. If a file is encrypted with symmetric method and outputs named enkripd.jpg, then to restore the original video to use the same method to decrypt. This video security applications can secure an important video so that the video content is kept confidential. Keywords: Video, Encryption, Decryption, and Symmetric
